Claims Procedure
For warranty claims, contact the retailer with proof of purchase, a written description of the issue, and supporting photos. Claims must be submitted within 21 days of identifying the defect.

City Office reserves the right to repair any defect before considering a replacement. If the defect cannot be repaired, City Office will provide a replacement at its discretion.

City Office Warranty

City Office guarantees its office chairs for use in a normal corporate environment.

5-Year Warranty
Covers all manufactured components, including arms, backs, seats, frames, bases, gas spindles, brackets, and other mechanical parts. This warranty assumes proper use and maintenance of the chair.

2-Year Fabric Warranty
Fabric is guaranteed for two years under the manufacturer or mill’s warranty. This does not cover wear and tear, fading, pilling, or damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or exposure to harsh conditions.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty excludes damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or exposure to extreme conditions. It does not cover defects caused by heavy soiling, chemical exposure, or unauthorised repairs.
